I am a UA (Army Reserve Administrator now) in one unit and a TPU reservist in another unit.
It used to be required but not anymore.

Back in the day it used to be the same unit. Due to promotions as well as Soldier MOS requirement I believe you can be a UA in one unit and drill or attend BA with another. I'd be sure to confirm with Simone more in the know than I!

Several years ago, yes, but I think they amended that rule now, I know several people who are mil-tech;s in one unit and TPU in another unit.

Can I be a unit administrator for a Reserve unit and drill with a different unit, or do I need to drill and be an UA for the same unit?

Now I must admit, that is a rather interesting offbeat question, certainly...I'm completely clueless...however, the question does strike me as somewhat unique of those I've seen on here...also, are you civil engrg? I was just curious, I was orig elec engrg (EE), as listed for me...are you doing masters get? Going doctoral at all? I just have an interest in such things....
