Can someone provide a Battalion S2 OER example? What should go on my support form?

I am a new Battalion S2 Officer and wanted to see if anyone had a sample OER that I can review to determine what I have to do with my support form. I have never been in a S2 position until now, so its been a bit uphill to find out, what I need to add to my support form. Thank you in advance

Your support form should be nested within the support forms of your Rater and senior rater. If you haven’t already had a conversation with your superiors, I would recommend that you start now. It shouldn’t be a guessing game when it comes to your career, especially as a junior officer. Counseling is extremely important and an integral part of leader development.

can't help you, I stopped doing OER support forms about 15 years ago when I started writing my own OERs. it's redundant. lol

understood sir, I am just looking for what a correct S2 OER looks like, to make sure I am being rated correctly, the guard is notorious for "copy paste" OERs which tend to screw the officer when they get boarded.

1st Lt (Join to see) - you should be able to google a good duty description for S2 and then just mirror your support form to fit the duties.
