So the Under Armor decided to play-off on a 'Band of Brothers' by creating 'Band of Ballers' t-shirt. It illustrates a simulation of American flag raised during the victory at Iwo Jima; but instead, using an erection of a basketball stand.
Do you find it offensive or creative? Do you agree that Under Armor should pull the sale of this design? Thank you for your responses.

In the past month my newsfeeds have been inundated with veterans bitching and moaning or even threatening violence simply because their feelings were hurt or their image was insulted.

The shirt is offensive to me and in bad taste. Under Armor has pulled the shirt after a backlash ensued. source: CNN Money.

Wow, SGM! Saddening how certain dictionary terms that meant no harm some 50 years ago have evolved into suggestive, potentially offensive connotations. Oh the humanity!

Honestly, I am surprised no one else thought of it before. Imitation is the greatest form of flattery.

I guess that's why they pulled it. I wonder if PT jock walked into Camp Lejeune or Pendleton gymnasium full of Marines, would anyone say anything
