RP Members don't be afraid to share your story for the ages - let's learn from other's failures!

“If you’ve never failed, you’ve never lived” is how the saying goes. Failure is probably one of the aspects in life most people are afraid of. But the truth is: everyone has failed and everyone will fail again. We sometimes forget that all successful people have failed, but they did not stop after their failures. They stood up and tried again, time after time.

Failure is life’s greatest teacher

Failure will make you reach your potential

Failure brings character and humbles you

Failure determines the kind of person you are

I once had a boss that never got upset when an experiment we were doing went up in smoke. He would just say "I wonder what made it do that? Let's see if we can make it do it again!"

I always tried to keep that attitude in my research; one can learn a great deal from one's failures.

I think a good leader lets the subordinates take the reigns to succeed or fail in all its glory when the risk is acceptable.

CPT Joseph K Murdock - The best mentors I've ever had did just that.. Instead of letting me sulk they questioned me an helped me find my own answers. I've learned so much more from failure.
