The Obama Administration got back in the face of Texas Governor Greg Abbott and the other governors who said they would not accept Syrian refugees in their states. The governors were told they must take the Syrian refugees whether they want to or not. The move by the Office of Refugee Resettlement could lead to yet another lawsuit filed by states against the federal government.

That sounds like Obama - the sort of leader our Founding Fathers sought to protect us from when they wrote our Constitution. But the Constitution is of scant value if our elected representatives will not enforce it.

That is very bad news but not unexpected form the POTUS Obama administration COL Mikel J. Burroughs. I am looking forward to January 2017 and hope and pray that a sufficient number of voters have wised up to the fairy tales the progressives have foisted upon this nation since 2009.

Unfortunately, in my State, one in three are on Medicaid. With all the other hand-out programs, including food stamps, welfare, WIC, property tax rebate, heating fuel assistance, child care for the poor and state subsidies for health care, over 60 percent of the population receives something for nothing.
