Who knows what to believe... But this seems crazy... Shouldn't the Federal Government be focused on all of us?
".... This Orwellian-style stockpile of statistics includes a vast and permanent network of discrimination databases, which Obama already is using to make “disparate impact” cases against: banks that don’t make enough prime loans to minorities; schools that suspend too many blacks; cities that don’t offer enough Section 8 and other low-income housing for minorities; and employers who turn down African-Americans for jobs due to criminal backgrounds."

This is big data... Nothing more. All of this data exists somewhere in some form, whether it's credit checks, voter registration, tax records, etc. It's used to determine average income of every county in the United States, the racial, economic, and religious demographics. This data has been collected through social media, car registrations, and online credit applications with our consent for over 10 years now. Our children's grades in schools and their standardized test scores.
This information is a powerful tool, for good and bad. And it doesn't exist solely at the discretion of the CinC. Every major corporation has access to it as well, whether it is American or multinational. Which means all that data on America is available to anyone willing to pay the data miners for it. So, how about we stop laying this at the feet of the POTUS with half-assed trash journalism and biased op-ed pieces. It isn't his fault the French know how many meninist and white separatist sites you visit every week. Blame Bloomberg.com

"All animals are equal. But some animals are more equal than others." --couldn't have said it better, Mr. Orwell.

I'm thinking something along the lines of a wolf in sheep clothing. Our POTUS has used race as a weapon and it seems he wants to leave a legacy of racial upheaval behind him. I wonder where the motivation for this comes from. Is it stemming from the days he worked in Chicago as a Community organizer before law school or does it stem from somewhere else? If this is true it could lead to poor precedence being set from this time forward. Personally I don't want them to collect that kind of data on me, I'd rather opt out and let them focus on whoever else they want to keep records on.

Capt Seid Waddell
CPT (Join to see), I believe the motivation comes from a deep seated racism. You see it in his associations growing up, the minister of his church for 20 years, and in those he surrounds himself with today. Obsession about race is a foundation stone in his thinking.

Capt Seid Waddell - You got me to thinking... perhaps abandonment issues or issues derived from rejection/nonacceptance from his mother's second husband and the husband's culture?...Just some fun speculation.

CPT (Join to see), my sister has said the same thing. She is a nurse and is very intuitive; I have learned to pay attention to her insights.
