I have something you might want. It is a 12 page paper describing PTSD and coping mechanisms starting at the SP point to MC. It is free and my only impetus is to see you heal. I have helped many people with the paper. Just message me if you want.

1. Using love to get out of hell
2. Finding stability and dealing with anxiety, depression, racing thoughts, and stress
3. Maintaining you positive posture
4. Actions on relapse
5. Attaining higher mental needs like love and spirituality
6. Giving you the tools to help others
7. The paper describes and defines the battles you are fighting

No disrespect to you, but you do know that there are people out there using "Papers", Med Books, & Psych Books to circumvent the system & get over don't you? Run in to many who are perfectly normal, yet have the system horn-swaggled into believing they have PTSD & giving them a full ride to do nothing w/ their life.

Are you implying I have anything but pure intentions? Do you know about me more than me? To imply I have been deceitful with the Army and the VA without proof lacks a lot of decorum. You are proof that some veterans are the most judgmental people.
