Do you prepare a packet for the G2G Non Scholarship option? Are letters of recommendation needed, and where is it turned in?

Hello,
I have decided that I want to attend school starting in the Spring of 2022. As far as I can tell, that is only possible with the Green to Gold Non Scholarship option. I'm finding it a bit difficult to find information about the Non Scholarship option when compared to the other options, but so far I am tracking that I will need:
1. 4187 signed by my BC
2. Acceptance letter from the PMS and the ROTC program of my school
3. DODMERB medical exam
4. Waivers
Do you prepare a packet for the Non Scholarship option? If so, where is it turned in? Are letters of recommendation needed for the Non Scholarship option or is it just the aforementioned forms?
Thank you and best regards,
SPC Isaiah Roe.

Green to Gold: Non-scholarship Option. Do you have to return to active duty or can I enter in...
I am working on applying to green to gold with the non scholarship option. I have been doing research and I can't find out if I have to return to active duty or if I can go into the reserves. Also, how selective is this option compared to the scholarship option?Any advice and guidance will be appreciated!SGT Brown

If you are an enlisted Soldier, and you wish to earn a college degree and become and Officer, then the Army Green to Gold program is for you. Get money for college through one of several scholarship options and earn your commission as an Officer.
