That is a sad reality today CPL Kunza. Evil is evil, and it sucks. Perhaps it is just a dream, but it would be nice if we had the choice between the greater of two goods... I don't see that happening anytime soon.

Staying informed and voting for policies and candidates who will ensure that the greatest degree of personal liberty is maintained is a sacred duty, and one of the chiefest ways in which we can fulfill our oath to the uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

It is important to vote as if you do not you have no right to complain about the results if you sit on the sideline.

Early voting starts in Maryland tomorrow, 23 Oct 14. I plan to vote early to avoid the lines on election day. (And, I'm about to click on the Vote button, so I'm voting yet again!)

Some, would argue, I included that some people shouldn't vote, and I would ask them, politely, not to vote..... Something I wrote a few years back.

Most people vote for one reason or another, a candidates or parties platform is what has gotten us into the mess were in now. I say everyone that has the right to vote should do just that. Find someone that you agree with and hope he or she really means what they say. Most politicians are there for a reason, and most of them are not true Americans, most have never given up one day of their lives to help anyone. They are not gods they are regular men and women that most real military people would never be near if the bullets were flying, and I'd venture to say they would not be in that AO either.

Great comments Sgt. Antrom. but I would respectfully disagree that Parties and their platforms are what got us into this mess. Instead I would argue that a lack of adherence to the oaths of fealty to our Constitution by members of BOTH parties HAS gotten us here.

Religiously! If you don't vote you can't bitch. Not voting is Surrender. Also my Marine Corps Father would never forgive me if I didn't since he was an Election Judge in Johnson County Kansas for Years.
