I have a soldier who has locked himself out of completing a course due to failing the final exam 3 times. Is there a way to dis-enroll and then re-enroll him into the course so that he can just start it over and then have some fresh attempts at the final exam? or what would be the plan of action to accomplish this?

Q. If I have a question regarding exam content, who do I contact?
R. If you have a question concerning the content of any course or exam, you can contact
the Army Training Help Desk (ATHD) via the web site at https://athd.army.mil/, or by
clicking the ATHD button in the horizontal navigation bar of the Learner View or any
ALMS page, and click on the Submit a Trouble Ticket tab to ask your question.
Please select one of the Learning Management Systems and the Course Name, then
submit your question. ATHD will route your question to the proper authority and
provide a response to you. You can also call the help desk at [login to see] .

Not sure how legit this is but came up in Google search:

The helpdesk is reasonably prompt with handling stuff at their end; especially for technical issues. They gave me a couple of extra attempts because my computer and the internet connection were less than cooperative one day so I had a "fun" time trying to take the exam. Basically I'll vouch for utilizing the ATHD.

To restart an ATTRS course on ALMS (Army Learning Management System), you can follow these steps:

Log in to your ALMS account.
Navigate to the course you want to restart.
Check if there's an option to "Unenroll" or "Drop" the course. This is usually found on the course page or in your enrollment history.
Once you've unenrolled or dropped the course, you should be able to go back to the course catalog.
Search for the same course again and enroll in it as if you're starting from scratch.
