Does anyone on Ft. Bliss have a Tactical SIPR image that my 5-52, 11 ADA S6 shop can duplicate?

Your Bde S6 can't help? You are not authorized to just pull anyone's SIPR image.

Sounds like your BDE S6 failed you.
If you've already run out that option, I second SGT Edwards, see DIV G-6
