Just a question, for the Army Reserves side, does anyone know exactly how many AT/ADT/RMA's/ etc days we have each?

Check out USAR PAM 37-1 (pic attached) and for specifics on what each type covers see the Finance Guide for USAR Commanders and Soldiers. Also, talk to your S-1 as USARC, G1 sends out every FY any limitations or changes. I just don’t have it on hand (I think the one I last saw was 2020) unless you wanna email me at [login to see] . I hope this helps!

this is a open end question
You need 50 points a year to have a good year and those 50 point are between your RYE date Retirement year ending Some units might split up their AT in weekends and some will not require them at all RMA's mostly hard to come by because the Officers get them to do something usually not much You can do ADT orders and they do not always have to be with the unit you are with
If you are not getting good answers from your unit go to a neighboring unit and ask

The funding is based on where the unit is in the ARFORGEN cycle, meaning when does the unit get deployed. Closer to deployment, more money is allocated to the Command at the top of the funding tree. It may or may not get down to the individual units: Company or Detachment level.
Most planning is based on 48 MUTA or 4 UTA per weekend 48 divided by 4 = 12 weekends.
There is an Army Regulation, look at Chapter 3 of Army Regulation 135–200.

The military contact stipulates that you will get 2 weeks of AT. beyond that will depend 8 your unit mission, and ready force status.

If your unit MACOM provides additional funding for training, the need has to be justified. If you are looking for additional work, I suggest either looking for a tour of duty, or at least taking with your training/ops NCO to see if there are some days available and what you can bring to the table.

As the good Colonel stated it depends on the unit, it's mission etc and the higher command. I know RMA's used to be handed down by higher command or we could request them and hope they approved them. AT is based on mission and training time allotted to that unit.
