Russian forces have almost destroyed Ukraine, but Ukrainian forces still stand strong as obstacles in Putin's plans. The U.S. and its allies continues to support Ukraine indirectly, but what will eventually be the outcome? Negotiations have failed and both Putin and Zielinski have outlined their grounds for fruitful Armistice between Russia and Ukraine. What does Russia really want by controlling Ukraine?

IMO, one or more NATO nations need to band together and provide a combined armed support response with Ukraine. That is the only way Russia will be driven out.

CPT Gurinder (Gene) Rana Nothing of the sort. I had more of a blitz attack in mind. I do confess I have no combat experience.

SFC Larry Jones, combat intelligence; knowledge of Russian tactics suggests that Putin is bluffing when he says he doesn't want to take Ukraine.
