My goal for the New Year is to walk five miles a day for five days a week. Started a few weeks early and up to 55 miles already over three weeks. And also to spend less money!

Well, as for ME, I lost 12 pounds in 12 months (Jan 1, 2015-present) as far as Jan. 1, 2016; I hope to lose ANOTHER 12 pounds AND KEEP IT OFF. If I can do it, YALL can do it! Good luck!

Way to go SGT (Join to see), I'm proud of you! Thats what I've been doing, losing weight with a lot of walking and the gym when every once in a while! Need to keep that steady too. I have some serious spine surgery in two months and want to be ready for that. Stay well.

Ive been going to the gym on and off Capt Seid Waddell but my doc said plenty of walking for this upcoming spine surgery so its in February so I said lets get going and i want to keep at it! All the best.
