I purchased it and am in love with it. The magnet is VERY strong (don't get your fingers caught between them, it would be a nasty pinch). It is strong enough to stay in place through heavy movement, yet you can still slide it with heavy, manual pressure which makes it easier to align properly. I wish they made magnets for all of the badges and not just ribbon racks.

Thats a great question SSG (Join to see). I find it hard to believe they can go through that heavy coat and stay attached. While I'm retired I do wear my uniform ever ince in awhile and thought about the magnetic ones but havent purchased them.

I put mine on for my retirement ceremony 3 years ago. Haven't touched it since. Hasn't moved a mm from its original placement after 3 moves and getting tossed into various boxes and closets.

Has anyone used the magnetic ribbon rack from Medals of America? If so do they stay in place on the uniform when moving around?
