Yes it has. If I had to turn in every guy that might have gotten out of hand that I met in and out of the military, there would be a jail full. People are taking things way too serious. There was one lady I saw on TV that said he kept asking her on a date and wouldn't take no for an answer, to me that is not sexual harassment, that is a guy who would really like to take you out on a date!!! If a gentleman did something 40 years ago that you found offensive and there have been no other complaints since then. Maybe there was no harassment. And the thing that drives me crazy is that they take the accusers word on everything. Is anyone doing any checking on the accusers to make sure there is not some vendetta that they have? Should the accusers have to face some backlash for making a statement that is not true? YES!

Several years ago at a Joint Command assignment, we had a lady (DoD civilian) who was famous for filing sexual harassment/assault against males for simply saying "Good Morning" to her in the hallway. Even the females started to avoid her after a while. She then started filing discrimination claims because "no one would talk to her or include her in functions". Well, duh! What did she expect? I was taught from a young age saying "Good Morning" or "Hello" to someone you encounter on the street or a hallway was the courteous and proper thing to do.

I understand the abuses that have taken place as to sexual Harassment and they were never the right thing to do and did need to stop. It seems though now if someone did a nice job with their hair or anything else I don't even mention it for fear they will say it makes them uncomfortable and I end up with a problem for nothing. You become afraid to even compliment anyone so You don't. I'm not talking about sexually suggestive statements either. Look at someone and they put something on it that isn't there, It made Me uncomfortable they way He looked at Me as an example. Extremism had made it uncomfortable for everyone. Of Course You can only say what someone else has approved for You to say. Your very statement or another person's perception of them even absent any type of move or suggestion of it can still get You in trouble and You may not even know why. Bit by bit it seems so try to restrict Your freedom of speech unless it agrees with their view. My definition of Political correctness if only being able to say what someone else has approved. Some statements some can make but other groups can't. That is the loss of Your Freedom of Speech.

I don't think sexual harassment and political correctness should be mentioned in the same sentence. Harrassing others should never be viewed as politically correct. And shouldn't be defended as such.
