Yes, my friend CSM Charles Hayden I noted that SSG JP4 was promoted over a month ago, if I am not mistaken.
Congratulations SFC James J. Palmer IV aka "JP4" on your promotion. It seems you are assigned to the Pentagon. I was assigned there for 13 years or so from 1995 to 2008.

Yes my friend I retired as a USAR officer in May 2008 SFC James J. Palmer IV aka "JP4" I continued to support HQDA G-4 until 2012 as a consultant including supporting some OSD/Joint Staff planning activities.
I didn't fully retire until October 9, 2016 on my 60th birthday.
