PVT James Strait This is a "loaded" question to say the least.
I'm a firm believer the 3 branches should be "equal" in that they have checks & balances against each other. Sometimes the SCOTUS just needs to smack the other two branches down. However, "stacking the deck" is a real concern as well.

Most of these celebrities (at least the ones I was able to read before throwing up in my mouth) proved why it's a waste of time shoving a microphone in their faces when they don't have a script written by someone intelligent in their hands. I must admit that I hold the MSM and producers of shows such as The View accountable for this nonsense. People with FCC licenses should have more regard for the airwaves than to treat them like sewers...
