Shannon Ford Welcome to RallyPoint. Here are two previous posts. I suggest that you search on "35T' to find the other posts that may have useful information. Just being there to provide answers or support will ensure that your son knows that he is not alone on his military journey.

Don't worry about the work and military stuff. Just support your kid and be there for what support is needed and requested. sometimes they may just need an outside person to vent to. At this point you've raised your kid, now you get to transition into being an advisor.
