You should be able to get it removed through your recruiter, but be aware that some assignments do require that you are airborne qualified and you may lose your current job offering, it is better to do this through the recruiter as you will get a new job that you have input in, whereas if you do this at Jump school your new assignment options may be limited

You can get a fillable form through google. I would ask your recruiter to submit one he/she should know how to do one

Shelly Putzke Is it that you want to avoid going into Airborne hold? Putting life on hold perhaps?
Listen, if that's your sole reason, just have patience. You have a very long life ahead of you, so if you have to pause--for a little while--that's not really such a small price to pay is it? In the long run, you'll be so much better off if you get Airborne qualified; especially if you think this could be a career for you. Even if not, you might be missing out on one hell of an opportunity to do something special; something many, even in the Army haven't done. My single greatest regret when I was in was that I didn't get Airborne in my contract, I tried to get a slot after-the-fact, but couldn't, and I missed out.
If you have other considerations, that's fair enough. But just remember: We regret the things in life we didn't do far more than the things we did do.
Good luck.

SGT Dave Tracy is 100% right on target with this.
A three week "delay" will be the shortest delay of your career, not to mention you walk out of it with a new skill.
