I need to call the 11B bravo branch manager but when I call the number given it goes to voicemail. My first sergeant was the one that told me to call. I’ve been on station for 24 months this is my second duty station. So if someone could guide me in the right direction it would be helpful.

They're all working remotely so you'll need to email them. You're only at 24 months on station so it's not time to move you.

Well my first sergeant is trying to help me get closer to my daughter. As she is in another state and I’m stationed at bliss so I was hopping branch could help me out a little bit

SPC (Join to see) branch won't move you till you're at 36 months on station. That is HRCs guidance. If you call or email asking to leave early they will either tell you to update your ASK, email them back in 6 months, talk to your Career Counselor, or they won't respond at all. You don't warrant a Compassionate Reassignment either.

HRC/Branch Manager are on telework, you can only reach them by email. If you go to the HRC webpage, and search Branch Manager for your MOS, it’ll give you their contact information. Good luck to you.

From my experience here recently, I can tell you that it is a very hard time to reach branch managers and PDNCO's. A lot of people are being effected by COVID, including their work schedules and they are probably no different. I could not reach my branch manager, so I reached out to another branch manager in the same CMF and they gave me the guidance that I needed. I hope you get the help you are looking for.
