It's not bad, I just applied what I learned in Spanish and I did fine. There are some places you can take practice tests.

I took the DLAB and did well and I'm at Huachuca now in the school for 35M. The DLAB isn't the hardest part. The MOS is now language dependent so the DLAB has nothing to do with the actual job. It's just a way to see what language you qualify for after you get the MOS. It's not too hard. Just a lot of memory tricks.

How difficult is the DLAB? Looking to go 35M but they said I need to take the DLAB IOT qualify.

I found it pretty easy, but that is like saying I find math easy... It's all so relative. That said, there are study guides available.

There's a study guide by a company called Delta Labs or Delta Gear. Buy it, read it, and take the DLAB. You'll do fine.

Check with a CLPM and ask for the DLAB practice test guide. It has a summarized version of what to expect for the DLAB. Helped me prep for mine. Good luck with the 35M world; In/Out calls being N/Y for quite some time, quite a few are reclassing to things like 35L

Rots a Ruck. That was a Bear for me. I had to take it for my Field but it was not necessary for my Subfield. They just wanted to make sure I wasn't better suited to be a CTI than a CTO. No I was Born to be a CTO from the Get Go. I suspect if you have had any Foreign Language training it would help. My 1 year of French was useless on that Imaginary Language.
