How do I know if I’m in MACP

My wife and I submitted our 4187 and marriage certificate and everything but we don’t know if we are enrolled or if S1 lost our paperwork. My unit is telling me that my SRB needs to say MACP enrolled while hers is saying as long as it says C8-Married to service member, which both of ours does, we’re enrolled. Can anyone in MACP help clarify?
