How do you feel about veterans or Soldiers criticizing our President?

we all have the right and freedom to express ourselves .
yet I do not Recommend it when on active duty, or when wearing the military uniform. especially while in Military Uniform, or on any of the social media sights, especially if you have pic of yourself in military Uniform, or stated you are in the military service.

I recommend removing this information from your social media sight, for several reason, not going to list them all,
Why ,do I recommend removing all pic of you in military Uniform, or any statements telling everyone you are a military service member ?
the command can say or make a case that you are speaking out on behalf of your Military service , it will cause a lot of unnecessary grief for you .

all it takes is one individual, who doesn't like what you posted, or what you said, to make your life completely Miserable, you will have to live though a investigation to prove you did nothing wrong, or you might find out you unknowing did something wrong, so it best to keep your political views to yourself and just quietly vote the way you believe. until you are retired or discharged from military service.

if you are currently discharged or retired from your Military service, then say and do as you please, I really do not care, you have every right to express your political thoughts and views, as long as you are expressing your views peacefully and try to keep them respectful . Like I often remind todays young adults, I may completely disagree with your political views, thoughts and opinions but I have fought for your right to peacefully express them, you have every God Given ,Constitutional Right to do so. just as I have every right to peacefully disagree with you.

yet you do not have any rights to your own truth or facts.
Sadly many of todays young adults believe they do.

Truth and facts cannot be changed, do not misunderstand me, Scientific theories can always be Challenged or question, in order to prove or disprove a theory, it does not change the truth or facts, it only says we were correct or wrong in the scientific theory.
I truly disliked the expression tell me your Truth.
there is only one truth, not multiple sets of truth, or facts, there isn't your Truth, or , mine, his, hers etc .
for example we currently have Gov officials, school teachers, teaching are children a outright lie on gender, teaching that there are 52 different genders , this is not a scientific fact or even a scientific theory, it a outright lie, being pushed by one political party, in order to push there political policy and agenda.

the scientific facts are, there is only two genders, this is a scientific and Biological fact, when you are born you have XY OR XX Genetic, if you have XY, YOU ARE A MALE, IF YOU HAVE XX YOU ARE FEMALE, nothing can change this scientific Fact, we are not little Gods that can change are gender by just snaping are fingers and saying it is so, thus making ourselves the opposite gender, anyone who is saying this is twisting the truth, twisting the laws of Science, nature and god , they are demanding we accept there insanity.

we do not help the mentally insane by accepting there insanity, this will not help them accept the truth or scientific facts. so I refuse to do so. we are not helping these individuals by playing along with there insanity, they need to learn to Accept the simple Truth and Scientific fact in reality, they were born a male or female and they must learn to live with it, no amount of clothing, cosmetic surgery or chemical castration will change this fact! it really is that simple.

Am a Veteran and retired law enforcement officer I follow my voting rights and I also follow our constitution I have an opinion and if that opinion is fully against our current or past presidents where it may be negative or positively all well however, in uniform or active service you keep those opinions to yourself and you serve with honor, pride and duty

Veterans can say what they believe without repercussions. Active/Reserve soldiers must hold views so as to not come under UCMJ actions.

Being a member of the US Military does NOT remove our rights to speak as we want. And anyone that states otherwise, is a traitor to the oath they took. That being said, there IS a time and place, there IS proper and improper in regard to when, what, where, and how you express your 1st Amendment rights toward the Presidents OFFICE, an Officer or your peers.

We don't give respect to the president, the congress, the senate or even an officer. If they personally want respect, then I expect them to earn it. What we DO give is respect to the uniform and the position they hold. Disrespecting the person, is a far different thing that disrespecting the office.

You can call biden the biggest spy this country has EVER seen, you can call him a full on bribed enemy of the state and friend of china. You can say whatever you want about that turd. But you cannot do so IN UNIFORM, ON DUTY, or representing the US Military itself nor can you disrespect the office, uniform or position held.

Being military means WE EARNED the right to exercise ALL of our Constitutional Rights. We did not give them up. And the Constitution is not superceded by the UCMJ. While we must follow the requirements of the UCMJ, it does not and cannot remove our Constitutional Rights.

Proof of that we all saw with covid and the vaccine. There was a reason they could not literally ORDER military members to be forced to take it. So they used coercion and threats instead. And today, MANY of us here and our friends we know, literally left the service because of this attempt to force experimentation on everyone...something that is literally against the law from numerous Congressional passed laws, the latest ratified in 2017 in fact.

I have and will always respect the uniform, superiors, the position. I will never respect a man or woman just because they are in them. THAT they must earn.

What makes our country strong is the ability of the Citizen Veterans TO CRITISIZE the politicians who work for US. While there are regulations and reasons for those still serving in the military to criticize the CINC, we now private citizens must criticize and hold those in government accountable. Unfortunately, we are moving towards a Roman Style Senate and Caesar where people in government are becoming a new form of royalty. And, you criticize at your own risk. Watch for the FBI and IRS at your door.

My first thought, based on how the liberal democrats reacted to President Trump, is that they must be liberal democrats. That said, we wear or wore the uniform for one reason, to protect our freedoms and our way of life. Expressing political opinions should not be barred from active duty military, even though some might think their opinions are in poor taste. One thing certain, the commander in chief is the boss and no matter who he is, it's the office that demands our respect, much like having to salute a young butter bar who may seem a little lost…

From Veterans, I feel we have earned that right, but I still feel we need to keep it respectful! For those Military members that are still active duty, your feelings are one thing! Your opinions are what get you in trouble!

A person should not have to give up rights because they are in the service.

While on duty disrespecting the President is best kept to off base. However off duty in a private place it's perfectly ok to express your opinion. Remember we all vote with some party. This president IMO deserves honest evaluation. I am glad I never served under such a frail, weak, immoral, president, not referring to anyone in particular.
