Love her!
She should take the job as Sec. of State and remove John Kerry.

I often wonder if the "non-radicalized" Muslims look at those that are kinda like we Christians look at people like Westboro Baptist Church.

They say that 15-20% of the Muslims have been "radicalized" but half don't want to be martyrs and or kill people. They just believe like those who have been. That's about 3 million Muslims who want to harm or could harm America and Other Countries, if they wanted to.

But if most Muslims do not believe this way, WHY is it that they won't speak out or condemn certain acts? I am talking mainly about those that are here in America. IF they have, PLEASE show me when and where, because I would love to see it.

And I ask this because of what just happened to a person working for an American company over in France...

***I am sorry, I don't know how to get the day of terror media report off. It's been deleted. I saw that someone else had brought it up. I am a good admin.***

Every Muslim I've ever spoken with condemn radical Muslims. Most of them don't even consider the radicals "true" Muslims!

I think just like white people who view white racist who are not racist themselves; those who do not agree with gay/lesbian marriage but have gay/lesbian friends and do not stand in the way of legal battles but are then called homophobic and horrible people as they do not agree with others; or other groups who are for some reason or another lumped together and sometimes confused and judged by others because they have something in common with those who are doing something that someone does not agree with, is bad, or whatever the case may be. Most can see that there is an issue with bad things and do not agree with the bad acts, some may even be more upset as they are misrepresenting their group.

"Like a millstone around my neck", I'd wager. People always have to explain "I'm not like *those* guys; not all of us are _______" --whatever. Every group has craphounds they have to deal with.

My opinion ... If they do not speak out and denounce the actions of radical Muslims, it is the same as supporting them.

While I truly believe that most Muslims do not support the actions of the radicals, they do not speak out because of fear of being called an infidel for going against the Koran. No excuse .. you either support them or you do not. Speak out and show whose side you are on.

It's mostly fear that radicals will make them watch their children be tortured and die screaming before they themselves are killed. We have gotten entirely too used to taking stands not having real consequences in the West.

SGT (Join to see), perfect love casts out fear. I'm sure we'll get attacked again. That is unavoidable. How we respond to that is our choice. Fear, however, should never be the driver in how we judge or act towards others.

I normally avoid these discussions in professional settings, but honestly in my opinion, there aren't enough non extremist Muslims condemning extremist Muslims. I believe that silence is agreeing. If I ignore something that is wrong, I am part of the problem; not the solution.

I think they cock their head to one side and say "that *^^#(&) is bat____ crazy!!!". Same as we look at American extremists that are bat____ crazy.

This may sound bad but to be honest, at this point in time I don't trust any Muslims. I know some people are not going to like this but I would rather be honest then to lie.

Much the same way the Westboro Baptist Church is viewed by other Baptists I imagine...

I don't know, what do "moderate mainstream Christians" think of the white supremacist Christians who commit crimes in the name of their beliefs? That's probably a good starting point.

Yes and no. The moderate Muslim doesn't agree with the barbarism, which can not even be compared to the insane Christians like the Wetsboro Baptist Church, but agree with their idea about what America is. It's a little more difficult than that.

SGT (Join to see) - Well... it's not just Westboro Baptist, which are irritating (and infuriating) gadflies. Bear in mind many branches of the KKK believe they are carrying out God's intent for White Christian supremacy and there's the Aryan Nations' "Church of Jesus Christ Christian", which has militant branches. In the 80's and 90's, a branch called "The Order" carried out killings and robberies. There are White Nationalist Christians who believe they have a right to establish religious & ethnic hegemony through violence, and most mainstream Christians would disavow them, I think it's safe to say.

Of course we would. Speaking about "The Order," there is a show on now called Escaping Polygamy. It is in regards to the group, The Order. Isn't that the Kingston clan? Anyways, it is very interesting to say the least. SSG (Join to see) AND I absolutely do not condone make believe Christians using religion and the bible as an excuse to commit atrocities like incest and pedophilia. (Doesn't it kinda sound like the Muslim Radicals... It does. So I can assume that they actually would see them like we do those assholes.) But I am a Christian that believes Religion is the root problem in this world, therefore I believe in not a one of them, but do believe in JC!

Probably the same way we view the Spanish Inquisition and the Puritans who burned the girls in Salem.
