This seems to be a huge mystery in mainstream media and the general populace.

At this point, we know that California does not require ID to vote in most polling stations. We also know that illegal immigrants can get driver's licenses in California. What measures are in place to prevent voter fraud?

ILlegal is just that... ILLEGAL, they deserve only one of 2 things... Jail and/or Deportation ... and I would add, THEY need to be entered into a ID database with fingerprints and retina scans... get caught a second time and get executed! Other countries do stuff like that, why can't we? Or have we lost our kahunas altogether?

Actually, for me it makes no difference whether it is voting, driving, getting healthcare, putting their kids in school...or WHAT STATE THEY ARE IN or what country they came from... if they are ILLEGAL then they neither deserve or should get anything (except maybe a ride to the border or prison... I prefer border because if they are in prison we still end up paying for them!)! PERIOD!

Nothing. Recent surveys show that illegals are voting. They are registered to vote automatically in states that issue them Drivers licenses. They believe this makes them eligible to vote, and they show up and vote in significant numbers. ID's only deter dead previous voters from showing up at the precincts, not from voting absentee.

SSG Jessica Bautista - also reported by California senate that just confirmed that the 178 initially reported in one district were found to be almost 800 illegal voters in a district with a 900 vote margin of victory.

MAJ (Join to see) - not true, until Jan 18th, 2017 every state conducted their own registration and election systems as established in the US and every state's constitution. Obama changed that, or tried to, by executive order on the 18th. This federalizing of elections has been roundly rejected by the states, whether President Trump deletes this is not yet known. So far NO election has come under the federalization controls. http://dailycaller.com/2017/02/19/state-officials-want-trump-to-reverse-obamas-last-minute-election-power-grab/

MAJ (Join to see) - I have adopted the view that Trump supporters have no desire to acknowledge they are wrong. I choose not to bother with it anymore, and I'll just be nibbling at my popcorn at this spectacle of a government that they have forced on us.

I don't know Jessica asked the Mexican consulates in Santa Ana, Los Angeles, San Diego. Also ask the California community college system. Illegals in California get a free Community College but white people and others who are not illegal to have to pay.

Access to the same loans and tuition standards as all the "white people and others who are not illegal" already had is neither "free" nor advantaging them more than any other group. If you want to argue that such basic humanity is still too much, fine, and depending on how well you do I might even be persuaded, but then make *that* argument, not the blatantly false one claiming they get more than others.

SP4 Byron Skinner. Yes sir you are correct. Undocumented people can and do attend the Community System and often with fee wavers. You also forgot sir that during national elections in Mexico the Mexican government opens voting officers in the places you mentioned so Mexican Citizens don't have to cross the border to vote, also Mexico allow dual citizenship, 18 year old undocumented Mexican males are required to sigh up for the draft and during the Vietnam Conflict I served with undocumented soldiers who's valor and support to the US Constitution was second to non. In California the spectrum of skin colors is not a factor. All white means is "no colors" or a void.

Sadly MILLIONS of illegals voted in California mostly in support of Clinton due to Trumps immigration policy and many Veterans who voted didn't even have their vote tallied.

This doesn't answer the question. California has safeguards in place to prevent undocumented immigrants from voting. Can you describe any of them?

Sadly there aren't any safe guards past visually looking at a voter card which they give to illegals.

SSG Gregory Robideau - Absolutely not true. It actually involves the DMV, SSA, and mandatory random handcounted audits. There's a few other things too..

Maybe it was a coincidence that this was the largest gap between presidential candidates as well? Do you think it has anything to do with not requiring an ID? If it is a right we really cherish, we probably ought to take corrective actions so that our citizens are exercising the freedoms our troops put their asses on the line for.

Statistical variance.
The significant margin of socialist votes in large urban districts gives millions of popular votes, and one equivalent electoral vote. Whereas the few hundred thousand popular votes from America's heartland outside the urban jungle also count for one electoral vote. So the areas with large populations where a portion are Citizens and are supposed to vote, overwhelm the more rural areas that are closer to 100% citizens. The electoral college votes are still based on total census population and not Citizen (voter) population. This makes the Urban populations "over count" for the state/district. Even DC gets an electoral vote for it's huge population of foreigners, non-citizens, and non-residents.
The map of USA by each county's votes shows the real disparity in electoral voting preference rather than the popular vote count shown state by state.
In Chicago (and East St. Louis) about 60% of the population are eligible to vote, outside of Illinois urban areas closer to 98% of the population are eligible to vote. Unfortunately IL does not split their electoral votes like some states to give a fair representation of their population of Citizens rather than total population.
If CA did not count their total population and only their eligible voting population they would lose 3 to 5 representatives and electoral votes as well from the land of Snowflakes, Fruits and Nuts.
New York, Florida, and Illinois would also lose representatives. These are the only states identified in the 2016 electoral study, since they are presumed to contain the highest disparity between Voters and Population.

Key question never addressed by the judiciary, do state representatives represent the total population or only the Citizens who elected them? This is also a major difference between Socialists and Conservatives.

The federal system needs to be fixed. You need to be an American citizen to vote no ifs ands or buts about it. We could be flooded with illegals in all states and then they would try and control our system. I do not see democrat or republican when it comes to votes ... I see American citizens. I can not go to another country to vote and not be a citizen of that country. We are a Nation of laws and the hill (Congress and Reps.) need to get on the band wagon or we need to vote them out of office. Trey Gowdy can fill many of them in but he does not have the pull to make them do as they are supposed to do. I was looking for him to be A.G. but he turned it down!?!?

SSG Jessica Bautista - He is addressing the issue with the laws are not being followed and ignored to follow peoples emotions and agendas. There are laws about votes in the United States yet each state rep. has changed the laws per state to meet the agenda. Even Obama, to me, committed treason with his comments on voters with this news report:

https://youtu.be/r0ymViOo1J8

Now how can we the citizens be confident about our election system when this is being done. Now if you have to have an i.d. to drink ... carry a firearm ... to apply for most jobs ... then why not have proper i.d. to vote? The system needs to be fixed.
I understand what you are trying to get at. The laws are messed up in Cali. yet the federal government needs to set the stage with a standard that can not be changed. It is plane and simple to me. Be a documented citizen of the state you live in and vote.

Voter fraud should be taken to the heart of Capital Hill.

SSG Jessica Bautista - Doesn't answer your own issue. May be a system in place somewhere - but if not actually used - as in the governor allowing illegals to vote in the general election 2017 and prior. Also verifying numbers of votes tallied, when there is no way to know where they came from doesn't "secure the vote" either.
