How many RallyPoint Riders would like to meet at a central location for a Motorcycle rally and ride?

I've noticed we've got a lot of Harley and Motorcycle riding veterans, retirees, and active duty personnel here on RallyPoint.

What are your thoughts about putting together a rally and ride somewhere centrally located in the USA, so we could all meet up during the month of August 2016 or September 2016 for 5 to 6 days of riding, etc. Send your thoughts, a location, and a picture of your bike

COL Mikel J. Burroughs I am turning slightly green with a little bit of envy. I am anxiously waiting my daughter's high school graduation in May so that I can start riding again (been twelve years).

Depending on the numbers, I can host a stop up here in Northern Idaho. August is prime riding weather. Have to prep for a wedding on the property for early SEP though. Have about 5 acres of pasture and spare bathrooms. I don't ride but know good riding groups are some of the most decent people on earth.

I am interested, although I deal with dizzy spells which limits me when I ride my 04 Sporster, but I do have a back up 80 FLT on which I looking to convert into a Trike.

COL Mikel J. Burroughs Sir, like to? Yes.... available to? not unless your central location is Central Texas.. This is my busy season and Im teaching 6 or more days a week, fitting in fleet and preferred customer maintenance in between. Wish you the best of luck at putting this ride/meet/greet together.

Rolling Thunder- A couple of years ago, back at 40th HS Reunion in Panama City,FL. It was during Bike Week. The motorcycle group in our hotel were VETS and the friendliest people. Their bikes were patriotic.

All the more reason for me to get another bike. I don't know anyone on here personally, but I think it would be great to get together with some fellow Vets for a few days of riding.
