To all who may be wondering that is the Uniform of a Naval Sea Cadet. Sea Cadets train like the Naval Reserve and begin at the age of 11. Now This dont excuse the offence, to many have gotten their panties in a wad over who this Uniform belongs to. I'd say this cadet does NOT have Military parents, bu the blame fall all around. Even her best rack mate ought to have known this wont fly.

I should have said this "looks like" a Sea Cadet Uniform as there is not enough info to say 100%

If this a cadet, why are they wearing the NDSR (top row)? I believe the reg states must be active duty or active reserve during the designed period.

Not a Sea Cadet. It's a woman's uniform who went to Seaman Apprenticeship Training instead of A school.

The simple answer... Get the hell out of my office and fix yourself. If I've got junior Marines, I'll send them to fix him. Otherwise, I'll be the one to fix him.

I'm seriously confused at a loss the Plain Anchor is Ancient. The Jacket looks like the old dress suit uniform Zumwalt Style. National Defense? Vietnam Maybe? Pistol Marksmanship in front of Sea Service and GWOT? I Guess they reincarnated the Old Anchor but the Jacket still has me thrown for a loop. Definitely not the Suit and Tie I had from 76-80 or Crackerjacks I had thereafter and Someone needs to help this Person Badly.

Nope that's a Female Dress Blue Jacket, Undesignated Seaman. That uniform will go away soon and females will wear blue crackerjacks.

I've got 4 words.. "He's not my soldier"
If there was time prior I would obviously try to fix him.
Judging by how much he cares about his uniform, I don't expect him to arrive early for inspection.
He is a direct reflection of his leadership. Take a minute and think about that.

She* I'm fairly certain either she was being messed with and got confused or someone posted this solely for the reaction value.

Somebody is not doing their job on instructing cadets on proper wear and care of the uniform.
Now if that was an Active member the ass chewing would long and painful for them.
As it is extra training is called for.

LTJG (Join to see) - Then somebody needs to tear an ass to shreds, unless it was a training lesson on what to look for.
If it's real ....That's just freaking sad. Go back to chew him/her to shreds.
Probably a good thing I am retired.

SFC Pete Kain - I felt it is fitting from a Veterans view looking in. In all seriousness, we as leaders try our best to square our people away and make them better leaders themselves. We teach them what we know and give them all the resources they need to succeed. At the end of the day, however it all comes down to a person's attitude and their core values.. As a leader, I try to show my Sailors that they have it in themselves to succeed - all it takes is a little effort.

Her NCO probably was the one "hazing" her. "Yeah make sure you put your ribbons on your dress coat. They should be in reverse order since it's on a coat, oh and they can only be in rows of three, so get the one and three ribbon rack." - That or this picture is someone trolling the internet!
