As others have said, you have to reach out to your school. They have them. Hell, I enlisted when I was 38. So my school had to go back 20 years and pull them off microfilm.
ALSO!!!!!!!!!! be prepared, the Army wanted to see my ACTUAL ORIGINAL DIPLOMA!!!!!!!!!! Thank god I'm anal about hanging onto that crap (20 years later). I presume the USMC is more stringent. So I'd recommend getting a copy/duplicate diploma from the school if they will print one for you. The cost will be worth the preparation.
Also, why do you have LCpl in your profile? Are you trying to get back in?

LCpl Willie Norman - How did you join the Marines if you didn't complete high school or have a GED? When did you serve?
If you didn't get a diploma from a high school, and the Marines didn't give you anything that said you had a diploma or a GED...that's weird.

LCpl Willie Norman - You'll have to submit a request for your records but I feel like you're not going to find anything. I have a feeling they probably sort of screwed you over but not really since they still let you join without a diploma.

Request your military service records (including DD214) | Veterans Affairs
Submit a military records request to get your DD214 or other military service records through the milConnect website.

In civilian world I was a high school counselor. You have to contact your school district and request those docs. The docs are your transcripts and diploma. You can request them online. Probably cost a few bucks. But the docs the military received are not yours they are copies of your transcripts and diploma and now belong to HR. You can try and request copies through your S1 but it will be quicker and easier to just get them from your school district.

Some districts have a records/archives branch that takes the records from the school registrar after a certain period of time.

Contact the admin office at the HS from which you think you graduated Ask for a copy of your HS transcript. If they don’t have it they can tell you what office in your school district keeps transcripts. Worked for my wife when she needed a transcript 30 years after graduation

LCpl Willie Norman - The district probably still does, doesn't it? Contact the district or district it was absorbed into (I have seen that before). The records are there someplace. Getting someone to look for them may be another story. Good luck!
