No I have not had anyone reach out to me! My other question is? Does anyone know how I could find a LIST of TROOP SHIPS that were used during the Vietnam War '67-'68? The Troop Ship that I was on left San Francisco and we had one person Die in a Squall our 2nd Day at sea and Buried Him at Sea! It took us 11 days out we stopped in Subic Bay for 7 days then we disembarked over the side of the ship at 12 Midnight Aug 1st into Landing Crafts and went ashore! The Door Dropped Open and there was no Gun Fire BUT ONLY LIGHTS SHOWING US THE WAY TO THE CATTLE TRUCKS THAT WE TOOK TO CHU LAI!!!
