Your unit Readiness NCO can do this or your S1. From what I understand you really can't change it. The reason being it would affect your tax status. If a soldier could change on their own they would choose a state with no taxes. But if you get with your S1 or you Unit's RNCO they should be able to help you with this this. I know you can check your HOR on the ARNG G1 gateway but there isn't a way to changer yourself there.

I'd start with DFAS, DEERS, HRC. Human resources should be able to assist you.

Did all of that..... Even Contacted HRC at Ft. Knox and they said they don't cover the National Guard. I just want my orders to reflect my actual address not my old one. Thanks though.

I've changed my address in all the online databases but how can I get the Army to Change my official address on file?

DEERS, DTS, DFAS, AKO all changed but the army still seems to think I live at my old address. I'm thinking there must be a personnel office or soldier in-charge of this kind of thing and I just don't know who that is yet. (I'm new)
