I am shooting two.
Reflex Growler
PSE Dream Season GX
I'm transitioning to the PSE as at it's 60lbs draw it is a bit more comfortable to shoot than the Growler at 70... shoulders just aren't what they used to be.

Mine is at 45lbs. Still have some weak muscles in the shoulders. After spring turkey, I am having it reset to 50lbs. I think the max I will have will be 55lbs. I other words, keep on pullin'.

Sir, I have heard that PSE stood for pull, shoot, explode. ( Old tournament joke.) At one time, before I destroyed my trigger finger, I owned a Browning Mirage, A Browning Mag reflex, A Jennings Carbon Stealth Hunter, A Jennings Carbon Extreme ( it seemed a little radical. I think the first generation didn't have the bugs worked out) A high Country Safari, and a High Country Supreme. All were equipped with beason beads sights, Small stabilizer bars, Hand wraps, Overdraws set up with tm hunter arrow rests . Stringless peep sights. The overdraws allowed me to shoot 24 inch long xx75 arrows. I always glued my tips in to avoid the extra weight of inserts. My slowest bow ( I pulled 94 lbs on each bow) shot 298 fps. Most of them averaged 305 fps to 310 fps. I could have gained even more fps if I had shot carbon arrows but was afraid if I got too light I might blow one of them up. All had between 60 to 65 % let off. I used a win free flight quick release. I had given up shooting back in 1994 because of having my trigger finger smashed between two steel rollers in a Yarn mill ( World Carpets) in Dalton Ga. Got married and started selling off my bows to buy my new wife things. I had a room full of trophies and bows. My daughter ( born in 1996, married now) came in the other day and saw the trophies missing. She asked where they were cause I had replaced them with USMC stuff. I told her baby that was long ago and I haven't shot in years so I donated them to the Care Mission to make room for my USMC stuff. She told me when you was at work and I was a kid, I loved looking at them and your bow ( I kept the Jennings Carbon stealth Hunter. Won my first trophy with it and my brother used it to win his first trophy.) She said I always wanted to learn to shoot. I said you never mentioned it. She said you worked so many hours I figured you wouldn't have time to teach me. So now I am teaching her to shoot a recurve, no sights or anything. She does use a quick release. She has spent one day so far and I can tell she is a natural. Can't wait for my grandson to get old enough to join in. Anyway , I have a lot of friends who shoot PSE bows and they love them.

Oddly enough... There may still be some truth to that. My father had a PSE shatter as he took a shot 2 years ago.
I've got both my girls shooting with me. My 11yr old has a Mathews Mennace and my 8yr old is shooting a Diamond Nuclear Ice. Great times in the field.

I have a PSE Stinger X, it is my first compound bow. I am getting ready for Spring turkey and I hope to get one. The broadhead I will be using is the Magnusbroadhead, that looks like flying knives.

What clubs are you a member of? I am in the Colyak Bowhunters, among other Associations.

Interesting name of your club. So far, I have not lost one; though there times I will over-shoot the target, I go search, I do get mine and someone else's arrows. Can't use them. I picked up one and it says not to shoot it if the bow has a draw weight over 35 lbs.

Yea-yaw, Just a pun. I was on the range today and I wound up hitting a metal upright. Bounced the arrow back and popped the nock off and the insert is half way out. The field point is quite blunted. I need to take it in to see if it can be fixed, or will it just hang around for posterity.
