Short answer upfront: 8 weeks at Fort Lee, Virginia. AGR would most likely send you to the active duty course. There is also reserve and guard reclass training at multiple sites around the country that are usually two week Phase 1 and two week Phase 2 given at places like Camp Pickett, Virginia.

I am a 92Y AGR that had to reclass once I got my job and was fortunate enough to get my phase one and phase two back to back. Even luckier to get the school house at fort schafter flats Hawaii, so a month in Honolulu Hawaii for a school when can I go back.

If I accept an AGR supply sergeant position in the ARNG, how long is the 92Y MOS school through the Guard (if I can get dates to do it)?

I was an AGR Supply Sergeant for several years. And CPT Wright's response was spot on. The only thing I would add, is you should seek and ask for the full active duty AIT MOS school and also ask for the AGR specific supply school at Camp Robinson Arkansas, which is an additional two weeks. AGR Supply is a very specific and technical job, and you should strive to be as proficient and prepared as possible.

i was a 92Y for over 20 years active duty and have served in many positions as supply sergeant, PBO, SPBSR regimental level, battalion S-4 and if you have never had experience as or working around company supply your best learning is the school of hard knocks and reading regulations. the 10 course i went to in Ft Lee back in the 70's didn't teach much but i did go to the 20 course back from Europe then i went to the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Logistics Program (SQI "K") in 89 but the army dropped that after a few years but i learned a lot in the program. keep track of your commander's property and never have a big problem on change of command inventories and you will be ok.

When I went many moons ago,it was done like a typical Guard drill, for phase 1, than phase 2 was like AT. That was in '94-'95.

I personally don't know if their is a specific ARNG Quartemaster school, because a few of the people I graduated with were either reservists or Guard. My training was 7 weeks and a day at Ft. Lee VA

Do they still have NGPEC at Camp Robinson, Arkansas. That's where I went for the MOS. Attended BNOC at Ft Lee for the 9 week course.

Well, it depends on where they send you. Active duty MOS school FT Lee Virginia 8 weeks. Reserve MOS school, FT Knox KY 4 weeks Phase I and II.

I'm obviously late to the game here, but you should network with as many 92Y's as possible (while not ignoring your 920As). Especially those in the Guard with you. Half of our job works best when you have a big network to rely on for assistance.

SGT Rivera is spot on on the time frames. I became a guard supply sergeant in 2009 and went to the condensed course at Ft. Pickett. It really didn't teach me much that I hadn't learned on 6 months of ojt at that point. Nice thing was I did both phases back to back. PEC (Camp Robinson) taught me more than MOSQ did. Also, this was back in PBUSE days. It's a whole new animal using G-Army.

I was a 92Y, Quartermaster AIT is at Ft Lee, VA and is about 8 weeks. Most of the dudes in my AIT platoon were National Guard, there were only a few Active Duty like myself. If you're a reclass you live in different barracks and have more freedom than the initial recruits just coming out of basic training.
