It matters not a bit what Bergdahl says or doesn't say. He has been convicted by the media without any evidence at all. Where has our defense of the constitution lead my brethren ? Please let there be a chance for this to play out. I am not defending this man...I am defending our country's values.

hello msgt chaney, Im sorry sir but i have to disagree with your statement, you are placing this individual as a civilian and as we both know once you take the oath and joined the armed services, your basic rights change, he will be charged in a military court which the constitution does not intercede in military issues he swore an oath to protect and defend this nation and although it has only been used once a firing squad is one of the penalties for his act.
