You can appeal the decision and submit a claim to have your percentage reinstated.

You can still apply to the VA for benefits. People are usually removed from TDRL because they failed to follow up with their treatment when they were discharged and placed onto TDRL.

Go to the VA and get a rating. The VA is supposed to use the same criteria as the military . If it is over 30% you can file for retirement on disability
