This was an old post here on RallyPoint, but it's still a great question today RP Members. Let's give it another shot for the new Connections out there!
If you were ask this question during an interview what would your answer be?
Let's get some real participation here for those active service members getting ready to transition, so they have this in their tool kit. This is just one of the top interview questions potential Employers could ask you.
Let's see what we can get from all the RallyPoint Membgers on this one!

Think about it - this is a big question!

I don't belong to a developmentally disabled adult boy scout troop. So I'm definitely avoiding trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent.

Why do you say that ? You don't think Loyalty or trustworthy or all that you wrote belongs in the work force ? Please explain what you do think then Thank you

PO3 Steven Adams - I may as well have worn my boy scout uniform to all of the interviews I lost instead of a suit and tie. The Nam Myoho Renge Kyo sutra book changes all of that even though I don't understand a word of it.

I think discharged would come in a close second. Nothing seems to have driven away potential employers more in my experience than the words "why yes I am still in the National Guard".
