I am not bashing our beloved .mil web pages, we all know that 99 [login to see] 9999 percent of them don't work, are not user friendly, ask for your password multiple times, they look like they were programmed by amateurs,etc.
Today I finally got access to my SRB, and lo and behold, it was jacked up in almost every section. I applaud the Army for trying to streamline their databases and have a single record for Officers and enlisted, but I can see that they have long way to go before the SRB looks like it's supposed to.
I am just curious, did anyone get at least a decent transfer from their ERB/ORB to the new SRB?

Do you believe it will help in quickly addressing and fixing HRC issues? As well as your thoughts on getting rid of the ERB and ORB and replacing it with the SRB?
