Is a RE1 Honorable Discharge like a clean bill of health?

It’s a clean bill of reenlistment. It doesn’t mean there aren’t medical issues that could disqualify someone. Just means their service was honorable and there are no service related issues to preclude them from further service.

Well, to add to my previous statement. It's a clean bill of administrative health in regards to your service record and the relationship status of you and the military upon your exit. It's not a clean bill of medical health.
