Is the term "hard worker" racist?

I really never liked the term hard worker. Nor do I like "hard workers". I like smart workers.

So if that is racist what would, "Get a job you lazy good for nothing mother fucker!", mean? I mean hypothetically of course.

Some people look for a racist or a boogeyman behind every rock, in every crevice, on every knoll and in every clump of bushes. It is what they do because they are unable to add any real value to the discourse. It is the sad state of race relations in this country when a term like "hard working" can be considered racist as if anyone of any race could not be hard working. She needs to examine her own heart about how she views people. She is the typical race baiting charlatan that occupies the "race relations" sector these days.
