With the increase of sensitivity to alcohol consumption by military members and the extensive education that we have all been given time and time again at commander’s calls, safety briefs, etc.
Is the topic of how to better your “Beer Pong” game appropriate for the base newsletter?
This link was attached to the base electronic newsletter I received today.
Just wondering what people think…not judging or condemning.

I would actually run it with a parallel piece talking about how nasty and dirty the barracks floors are, or better yet how LCpl Schmucatelli is down with the Crud from cleaning latrines, and they still aren't sure what that rash is on his arms.
Much like our libbo briefs in Thailand, you always give the STI/D brief about 3 hours before... just to give people a little pause, and have buckets of protection at the Duty Desk.
Not our job to stop it, but we can make them think twice about it.

Given the anti-alcohol mentality that is permeating the military currently, I'm surprised this article made it past the Editor.
All things aside.... That's an interesting little invention there. Makes me wanna go grab a few solo cups, my favorite beverage, a few good friends, and give it a try. Nothing I hate more than floaties in my Belhaven.
