The people of Gaza are in a prison state. They literally cannot leave, the border on the Egyptian side is closed along with the Israeli border. While Hamas has launched around one thousand rockets at Israel, the majority have been destroyed by Israel's "Iron Dome". So far as of today, only one Israeli has been killed in these recent rocket attacks. On the flip side, Israel has launched a similar number of strikes on Gaza sites, claimed to be on Hamas targets. However, 80 percent of persons killed in these Israeli attacks are civilians. The IDF claim that this is due to Hamas using civilians as human shields, but how does that explain strikes such as the one yesterday that killed 4 children on a beach? link for citation: http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/jul/16/witness-gaza-shelling-first-hand-account
While Hamas are definitely not the good guys, neither are the Israelis in this situation.

Do you honestly believe that if Israel wanted to kill civilians the numbers killed would be what they are now? Don't you know that if Israel didn't care they could have leveled the entire Gaza Strip by now? People, open your eyes and see the real evil.

Sgt. I'm not claiming that their intention is to kill civilians. I'm implying that they just don't care about civilian casualties in Gaza. A drunk driver isn't intending to kill people when he crashes, but his negligence is still reprehensible.
