So, I have been out for 2 years and living here in Atlanta. My next move is to get out there and network and meet fellow veterans. I am posting this cause I am very interested in meeting other veterans and making a connection. These connections are mainly for the purpose of business. This world can be cold and cruel. I am in a good place now and I am looking to keep helping others. If anyone feels the same feel free to send me a msg. Once again, looking for Veterans who are in the business of helping other Veterans. Looking for local contacts so let’s see what happens.

There are a lot of jobs that are not posted on job boards and this is why it is important to network. However, do not limit your network only to the Atlanta area.

Networking is great but I recommend to not restrict yourself to just the local area. There are plenty of other Fixed-Wing Aircraft Mechanics out there as well as fitness personnel, who used to be in the military who can give you advice. Also, there are plenty of other people too in other MOS and branches. I just sent you a friend request if you ever want to chat about anything.

Uriah,
Are you looking for a job or are you wanting to start a business? If you are wanting to start a business, you might start with your local Chamber of Commerce and SCORE. Those are free and can give you some great info.
Additionally, there are some resources and articles at http://www.VetLaunched.com that may be of help. If I can be of further help, just let me know the direction you are wanting to go.
