Looking to change from Quarter-Master to Military Intel for CCC. Can anyone explain how to accomplish this task in the National Guard?

I'm currently an infantry officer and transitioning to military police. I got put in an MP BN and they got me enrolled in CCC. Once I'm done with it I'll have the MP MOS. It should work the same for MI.

That's what I figured the process was sir. There was an OTC "Officer Transition Course" on ATRRS for new MI officers but I found out that's strictly for AC Officers. I'll be signing up for Phase 1 shortly it looks like to kick things off!

1LT (Join to see) - I'm not sure if phase 1 is the same for all branches. I do know it's not controlled by the branch so it may be. If so, it took me a while to get it all done. Lot's of material, each with videos ranging from 45 minute to 2 1/2 hours. I'm just about done with phase 3 now and it has been a lot easier. But it's controlled by the MP school. A lot of guys I met in phase 2 already had phase 3 done prior to phase 2. I didn't know that was an option but if you have time to do both before phase 2 you might want to look into it. Good luck!

I've been given an opportunity to re-branch from Quartermaster to MI but my COC is unclear how this can be accomplished. My understanding was all I have to do was enroll in CCC & complete it to successfully re-branch...however I do know that there are always caveats to moves like this in the Guard.

If I understand right and the CCC is the new equivalent of the old Advanced Course, that is correct. Completion of the course will give you a new branch. There are generally a couple of ways to complete that on the Guard side, or at least there was when I was still Active Reserve. You could take it Active Duty, but a lot of states don't like to fund it that way. The alternative is an AT period, followed by distance learning (correspondence courses in my day) and the completed the following year with another period of active duty. I would check with the school to see the current requirements for reserve/national guard.

Completion of CCC will make you "branch qualified." Once branch qualified, simply submit a DA 4187 through your chain of command to state G1 requesting branch transfer. As long as they sign off on it (and I can see no reason they wouldn't - especially if still in an MI slot), your branch will be changed in the appropriate systems.
That's exactly what what I did to transfer from QM to AR. Though I was actually in a SPT BN S2 slot when the 4187 was dropped.
