"Sir - get your ass down before it gets shot off".

I told my junior officer something like this: Sir, the final decision is yours. There's Just one thing I ask of you, sir. Remember, our platoon is a team. We succeed or fail as a team, we need to work together as a team, and that begins with us always communicating as a team.

Learning is a two way street.
