Ask and ye shall receive. The head shed made a standard form for all of us to use when dealing with members that violate the standards set for us in the RP 3-1. Now, they have the paper trail needed to easily identify the problem members. Please look it over and direct your questions to this thread. There is also a link to the RP 3-1 standards. See you in the trenches. V/R, Uncle Mark

I just wanted to bump this to the top of the threads so everyone remembers it. It is somewhat troublesome to fill out, but it expedites the process so that the RallyPoint owners to make decisions.
You can always flag the member and add as much detail that way, but the form eliminates much of the "behind the scenes" work.
In a perfect world, I'd say that we are all family, and that if you wouldn't make these same comments to a loved one then why say it here? Unfortunately, I believe some of these troubled members talk to their families like this. Disengage and walk away. You don't have to have the last word to win an argument.

SFC Mark Merino Hypothetically, if a SPC brings a discussion out of context, is he giving us the right to fill this form? I didn't mention any ring, btw...

CPT (Join to see) - is that the guy from the place that was saying the stuff about the things?

SSgt Joe V. Yup. You are lucky he doesn't know what a TACP is. He would tell you that Simon G was the First American TACP. And tell you how cool you are in hopes that you will like him.

CPT (Join to see) HA...he already tried to get me to like him in 'that' thread, but then he read all of my comments and might have changed his mind...

SSgt Joe V. LOL. That is too funny. To be honest I go back to that thread to get a laugh in. Thanks for the back up. At least you didn't have to call in a JDAM.

This is a flaw with the thread system. If a member like CPT (Join to see) wasn't aware of this, how can we make sure that 600,000 stay aware of it? I'll try to bump this up at least once a day.

I did take a break for a week or two. That may be why. but a direct button or a link would be great to have.

SFC Mark Merino No, that is why I got extra duty. My duty tackling that thread. It was cruel and usual punishment.

I dream of a day when a member can just click on the comment that is in question and it just auto-populates. The owners get a report that says x-amount of complaints came in against member-x. No muss, no fuss.

I just think some here are just subject to get complained on. I have seen some wild stuff on here lately. I miss the good ol'days when the most heated discussion on RP was about saluting LTs.

Under initial at first, then performance counseling for E-4 and below. Please ensure your junior NCO's get it in the complete the record if they are within 12 months of transitioning.

Please remember to keep the help desk updated if you are having issues with ANYONE being disrespectful. Use the abuse report form, tag the admins, throw the BS flag, etc, but never let a couple bad responses drive you away from the site. Abusive members can be dealt with, Uncle Mark has his bad days, etc. Let the system work and give them time to lay down the law if need be.
