RECOGNISING PROBLEMS BY LOOKING AT SYMPTOMS SYMPTOMS ARE EXCESS DEFECIT OR OUT OF CONTEXT TOO MUCH TOO LITTLE WRONG PLACE WRONG TIME LIKE GOING TO A BUSINESS METTING IN A BEKINI OR GOING TO THE BEACH IN A THREE PIECE SUIT WE HAVE TO IDENTIFY WHAT OUR PROBLEM IS BEFORE WE CAN SOLVE IT!!!!!
