So much steriod use in the top picture! Side note, for hilarious situations while deployed, some knuckle-heads actually had anabolic steriods shipped to them via APO at my FOB. It actually was labeled as such on the outside of the package....

In all fairness, I use my phone to record my workouts, and most workouts have a mandatory wait time between sets.

Sounds like my husband. I have to knee him in the back to even get him up to shut his alarm off. After that when he's the third snooze I place both feet on his back and push him towards the edge of the bed. He's up after that.
