I’m in 88m ait and I’m super nervous about not passing, mainly the red book test at the end of the course. Is it a difficult mos? Or how difficult is the test

I reclassed into 88M, so my experience was different, but I would say, generally speaking, the two best things you can do about this or anything really is this:
Don't build up the challenge in your mind into a mountain you can't climb.
&
Prepare for that climb anyway.

88M AIT, like most entry level AIT's, is designed for everyone to pass. You should have no problem passing

PFC (Join to see) You will have mainly challenges during your lifetime. Prepare for the test as you would for previous tests by studying. Good luck.

I took the test 44 years ago PFC (Join to see) , they may have tweaked it a little since then, but it wasn't that hard then, you just need to study and concentrate.

I Reclassed Into 88M ,From Being Helicopter Aircrew, And The Largest Vehicle I Had Ever Driven Was A Pickup , Study and Study Some-more, If You Are Having Problems Backing and Docking,Tell Your Instructors! They Want You To Pass The Course and Will Be Glad To Give You Extra Instruction After Regular Class Hours.
Show Them You Want To Put In The Extra Time To Pass.
Every Instructor, I Have Known Was Happy To Give Extra Help.

Being an 88m is not difficult at all, always ask questions to things you don’t understand.

88M might not be difficult however one of the most important jobs in the military. Armies fight on their stomachs.
