Seriously, what do I have to do to get a blue ribbon around here? I have done everything on the list and even e-mailed the link. No luck yet. Anybody have any suggestions?

UPDATE...UPDATE... I still don't have a blue ribbon, but I did just get a congratulatory e-mail for being top 1%. So that is progress at least. Except I have been top 1% for weeks now.......

In English he said "It’s weird how Rally Point is set up by the military ranks but then they have points to set up their own rank system that has nothing to do with the military" (example I am in the top 1% of Majors on Rally Point but I am not in the top 1% of Majors in the Army)
