Should these recent events disqualify him?
1. He took classified documents and stored them in unlocked rooms.
2. He had dinner with two known antisemitic men.
3. He is now talking about suspending the Constitution.

Should he disqualify himself? In 2020 he said Biden was too old to become President. If Trump is reelected in 2024, he will be five months older than the age Biden was in 2020.

Absolutely not, he has been the worst President this country has EVER had a huge threat to our democracy. He is the main reason that the January 6th insurrection happened. Everything he does is corrupt and he has no real morals or values except to himself. The man should be sentenced to life in prison, for all his corruption and criminal actions.
He has brought the republicans to their knees with his craziness. This man should not get a chance to serve the public for anything including animal control!!!!!

"He has brought the republicans to their knees with his craziness." Unfortunately, we are seeing some of the results with the failed ballots (ten, so far) for Speaker of the House. I am concerned that the Republican party is becoming so much more conservative than in the past, and it seems to be causing the Democrats to become more liberal.

1. Mishandling classified documents seems to be a common thread in DC. Subordinates and staff who work for POTUS, whatever the party, are clueless about what to do with said "pieces of paper". What is missing is an SOP for our civilian military authorities.

2. He is an idiot.

3. Suspend the Constitution? By what authority? He will be "suspended" should he attempt to do so.

I absolutely agree that something needs to be done to (hopefully) prevent the mishandling of classified documents by members of all political parties.

I don't understand your comment about "... an Influence Score of at least 15000...." Is that directed at me? I have been on this forum for several years, but I haven't bothered to learn what any of the numbers mean; I am here for conversation and debate.

Only a traitor to their country would ever vote for Donald Trump for dogcatcher, much less president. Even if a gallon of gas goes to $50, even if Mickey Mouse is all the Democrats can offer to run against him, if Donald Trump ever becomes president again it means the end of this work in progress we call America.

If it were a republic with a constitution then it would be a constitutional republic. Just like a banana that is yellow would be a yellow banana. The point is, trump wants to be a dictator. He has openly called for doing away with the constitution. Beware the military industrial complex. They want to fight their war in Ukraine. trump want to end it. Look what happened to JFK as he was not inclined to go all in in Vietnam? Why did Johnson not seek a 2nd term?

If I recall correctly ANTIFA and BLM were primarily responsible for causing billion of dollars in damage in our cities as well as injuring over 1200 police officers and were in some ways responsible for the death of over 20 innocent Americans. I have read many responses to this question and I am astounded at the political apathy shown by many members here. First of all, is this a question that should be asked or answered by some you who are currently serving? Traditionally our military has been non-political. When its members start actively expressing political viewpoints, unit cohesion begins to suffer. How would you trust a member with whom you serve but is of the opposite view as you and is very vocal about it?
Secondly, did any of you even bother to research this topic before posting your comments? What I have read so far can be summed-up as a shrill temper-tantrum. Boiler-plate statements may work well with those who support you but perhaps they should be supported with facts.
Thirdly, I noticed the shocking ignorance of how our Constitution actually works. All of you should have learned this in high school by now. I could spend a very long time discussing this one aspect but suffice it to say, please go back and reread the Constitution and what powers have been assigned to each of the branches of government.
I am old enough to remember the end of the Vietnam War and to have seen the slow polarization of our society. Since 1992, our nation has drifted apart politically. The passing of the WW2 threat since 1991(i.e., the Cold War). A generation of leaders (baby-boomers) have taken over the reins of government and is now slowly passing the torch to Generation X. The Cold War (with the USSR) was replaced by terrorists. For the next 30 yrs., we fought small-wars throughout the world. Now we face the rise of China and an ultra-nationalist in Russia (Putin). Yet we are bitterly divided at home.
For those of you who have read this far, I appreciate your patience. I would like to respond to the original question. I will address each point individually.
He took classified documents and stored them in unlocked rooms: Presidential Executive Order 13526 lays out the procedures by which National Security Information can be declassified. It would take too long to explain here, so I will list the relevant sections. If you wish to know more about this, I will provide the link below.
The President Executive Order 13526 | National Archives
Section 1: Original Classification
Section 2: Derivative Classification
Section 3: Declassification and Downgrading
Section 4: Safe-guarding
Section 5: Implementation and Review
Section 6: General Provisions.
All Presidents and Vice-Presidents are allowed to review and declassify information, PROVIDED that the above-mentioned procedures have been followed. However, all presidents have utilized the “gray areas,” to obtain data beneficial to them(or whomever they support). If you make the case that Trump was in possession of classified documents AND that they were improperly stored, then that same accusation can be used against former POTUS, Obama and the current CIC as well as his VP. Yet this selective outrage is only against Donald Trump. Furthermore, if you are going to make this accusation, then you need to include former Secretary of State, Hilary R. Clinton, who had her own server in her home where she illegally stored CLASSIFIED data which had been hacked by Russia, China, North Korea, and God only knows who else.
He had dinner with two known antisemitic men. I have a few questions here. Who were these two men? Did he dine with them together or separately? How long ago did this occur? Did he endorse any of their actions?
Those who make these accusations forget that his son-in-law and daughter are both Jewish (the latter by conversion). When he won the presidency, PM Benjamin Netanyahu, was the 1st to congratulate him. Perhaps a case can be made of the sometimes, amateurish way Trump deals with political situations. Then again, he is an outsider and NOT a professional politician. That infuriates those in Congress (both Democrat and Republican). In the end, this accusation is just another weapons, his enemies use to tear him down.
He is now talking about suspending the Constitution. This absurdity was taken from a comments Trump made about Elon Musk releasing data that showed Twitter had suppressed the Hunter Biden laptop story. His exact words are posted below.
Some of the responses on this thread are childish and ill-informed. They ignore history and even reality. Under Trump, our economy was booming. We were, for the 1st time in 70+ years an oil EXPORTER. Putin was reminded that any shenanigans in Syria would be violently dealt with. We did kill 200 Russian troops who were shooting at our soldiers. We had a sort of détente with North Korea and the world was relatively stable.
It is strange that within 2 years, this nation is on the brink of WW3 and is lead by a party that is all-too-eager to start it.

I think we may be agreeing to the same thing here, that presidents (and their staff-which includes the entire executive branch) should NOT have declassification authority? Their actions while in office, are a part of US history and should not be altered. Declassification/redaction should occur only after a specified number of years after they have left office. Why should Presidents be given a power which can clearly be used for political purposes? The Office of the President has declassification authority but must follow established procedures for declassification. Not one president (or their staff) has followed these procedures in recent memory.
My complaint is that our media and the Democrat establishment spent the past this past 8 months reminding America how Trump illegally took and stored classified material. So let me ask a few questions of our media here. WTH is going on? Either ALL of them are guilty of breaking the law AND should be punished for any wrong-doing. Or, there were NO laws broken by any of them and this issue is just to further divide the American public. To focus on the possible illegal actions of Trump, while ignoring the others, is at the least hypocritical. How many more special congressional investigations (at taxpayer expense) is the American public going to be subjected to until the Democrats finally get him? You are probably guessing by now that I do not have favorable view of our media.
I do not believe for a moment that Trump is racist or antisemitic. A case can be made that he is ruthlessly practical. Why would Jesse Jackson present Trump with an award in 1999, citing his work in hiring minorities? As for Netanyahu, I can only speculate that based on the shabby treatment he (and Israel) had received from the Obama administration for 8 years, Netanyahu was eager to see someone elected to the WH who was pro-Israel. So, I was not surprised that Netanyahu was the very 1st leader of a nation to call Trump and congratulate him on his victory, even as more votes were still being counted that night. It took a day or two for other countries to acknowledge Trumps victory and they did it half-heartedly. They clearly wanted Hilary to win. If you noticed soon after, Trump moved the US Embassy to Jerusalem and reaffirmed Israel’s right to exist.
I will say this about Trump. His ego sometimes gets the better of him. Even though I voted for him, it was a conditional vote. This is a guy who does not like to admit defeat and when he wins, he lets you know it. When he loses, which is seldom, he is a sore loser. The 2020 election was a close election and with valid accusations of fraud. Trumps comments were in response to Twitter’s owner Elon Musk, releasing documents which showed how the company decided to pull a story on Hunter Biden’s laptop from the social media platform, weeks before the election. What EM’s revelation showed was that there was medica collusion which is why Trump mad the comments that he did.
However, I remember similar comments being made by Democrats and Al Gore in 2000. That election was the closest in US history. Florida was first called for Bush and Al Gore gave a concession speech. Then Bush’s lead in Florida shrank to less than 2k votes forcing pundits to put that state as a toss-up. Al Gore called Bush rescinded his concession speech. It took about 36 days for the issue to be ultimately decided by the Supreme Court. Al Gore won the popular vote by almost 544k votes and yet Bush won where it mattered, the electoral college. Democrats were not calling for the harsh actions Trump suggested. They were calling for the abolishment of the electoral college which would have gone against our Constitution. Numerous calls for overturning the election results by Democrats. How many times were reminded of “hanging chads, dimpled chads, and the like by a media who was clearly biased against Republicans?
Finally, I still believe that we are closer to WW3 than any time since the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962. Iran, China, and even North Korea are supplying Russia with weapons and ammunition. Russia is transitioning to a war economy and show no signs of backing down. China has stepped up is naval patrols in the Senkaku Islands against Japan and sending entire aircraft squadrons to Taiwan. The PLAN is shadowing and harassing our ships as they exercise freedom-of-navigation rights in areas China claims as its own. China has sent two “weather” balloons over the US. We are experiencing numbers of Chinese coming across our borders. North Korea is conducting almost weekly missile tests. Iran is forging ahead with processing enriched nuclear uranium.
None of this was happening two years ago.
We have sent about $77 billion in aid to Ukraine and approximately $46 billion of that is military aid of some form. Ukraine is the most corrupt country in Europe. Just how much of this money that the US taxpayer sent is actually reaching the average Ukrainian? As we send this money overseas, our borders are being flooded by illegal aliens. If Trump were president, he would act like any serious CFO. He would demand accountability for whatever money was sent to Ukraine AND he would protect our borders. The US would be self-sufficient in petroleum production. Folks you do remember how stable the country was in December 2020?

I logged in just so I could upvote your comment. I'd like to add though, that the Clinton "sock drawer" defense is in play regarding the classified documents. So what's good for Clinton is good for Trump. Also, for all of the commenters who insist on following what the TV tells them to believe about Trump, they should also insert any name of the favorite politician and the same applies to them as well.

There's so much to rebut in these comments but I digress. You did an excellent job.

MSG (Join to see) I understand your point. There was a fine line boundary that once existed in our government. Neither side violated it because they knew that if they did, the other side would use it against them when they got into power. The politics of mutually assured revenge existed even before nuclear power.
Yet that boundary (among so many other) was crossed in the past twenty years.

I find it unreal that America seems to never learn from the destructive policies of the left. Every time we have had a Democrat Congress and President we take three steps back with our liberty.

I recently watched a video on YouTube regarding Cuba. America is in decline and if people don't wake up, there will be little difference between Cuba and America within the next generation. The government is not my master. I do not subscribe to being a pawn. The rule us as though we should be thankful that they are thinking for us. We are a laughing stock in the global scene because we don't cherish our liberty and allow our government to make policies contrary to our best interest. We are lied to by all politicans.

I believe Trump has proven to be better for our country than Biden. While I don't agree with everything he does or says, it is difficult to deny that our country prospered while he held office. If another Dem gets elected, I will seriously consider making a change in my citizenship since I can't make changes on my own and becoming bitter is not profitable or healthy. Belize is looking much better thna America at this time.

Liberty is the right to choose. Freedom is the result of making the right choice. I've made mine. It's time others do the same.

In my lifetime, I have watched everything grow worse resulting in a lack of trust of Big Pharma, the meidical industry as a whole, the government, even the court system. I remember hearing about the corruption in Russia back during the Cold War. Well, now that corruption has arrived in America. Our system is developing into a third world model of fees upon fees. Our economy is on the brink of implosion. We don't produce much of anything because the environmentalist have seized control. Corruption is the standard. Career politicians are pretending to be public servants so they can be millionaires. We only need to observe Clinton, Biden, Obama, and the rest. While it is depressing to consider the lack of hope, there are some that are willing to stand up for change and it's not the politicians. The only thing politicians do (regardless of party affiliation) is serve their own bellys.

I have discovered great freedom in making my choice to no longer participate in the corruption. I've been involved in Biblical Research for 48 years. I've observed the rise of Churchianity as the standard. Corrupt so-called ministers and professors have bought into the 5013c system that allows the goober-mint to tell them what they can and cannot say.

A few of the darkest times in history include right before the flood, the time around the tower of Babel, then when Jesus Christ came into the world. I suspect things will only get darker between now and the return of Jesus Christ when he will take those who have fulfilled Romans 10:9 out of this world. Churchianity calls i the rapture. The Bible refers to it as the return. I'm not here to argue the truth. The truth doesn't need defending, it needs proclamation.

CPL LaForest Gray - I just find it interesting that many on the Left are dead set on erasing any institution or individuals who during the history of our Country had anything to do with supporting slavery EXCEPT the main institution/Party that supported this institution, kind of like ignoring the real elephant in the room! Personally I say why go to these half steps? We should also abolish any memorials etc to President FDR because of his disregard of Constitutional rights during WWII when he had large numbers of Japanese-American as well as some Italian and German Americans with out due process or even any claim that they committed any crime.

99.9% of the general population never understood and this explanation will still go over people heads, because it’s basic common sense.

Most lies & so called magic tricks are done in well lit rooms.

“You Will Not Replace Us” slogans and movements were NEVER about erasing “white people or white history”, it’s been about erasing others HISTORICAL - DOCUMENTED FACTS via Legal Mechanisms :

1.) Legislations
2.) Bills
3.) Laws
4.) Re-Writing Documented FACTS
5.) Controlling flow of Information
6.). Shaping Narratives via the use ALL Media Platforms {Print/Radio/Visual}

In 2022’ :

Voting Rights are Being Stripped.

Redlining Practices & Block Busting is still being used.

Historical FACTS about RACISM within the USA are being purposely buried and represented as “theories” instead of the FACTS the were and are.

White Racist Revisionist are in full swing politically attempting to continue shape legislation to make themselves both hero and victim of “imaginary/blatant LIES of FALSE NARRATIVE” of atrocities that didn’t take place.

“You Will Not Replace Us” is the slogan of the ignorant-dysfunctional, racist, insecure & under develop humans of our society as a whole, globally. I’ve stated it numerous times beforehand :

“The Barbarian’s WIN because of BARBARIC BRUTALITY, IMMORTALITY, they lack HUMANITY. They have No true Ethnical Moral Compass.

They cross every line drawn because others keep BELIEVING they won’t “cross-the-next-one”.

“I will not apologize for telling the FACTS, in a world that worship the lies”.

P.S.

Every FACT I’ve listed can be verified via the United States government agencies and Historical Societies.

If the FACTS are addressed then the country can move forward towards being better.

If lies, deceit and cover ups continue then the country will eventually collapse.

Infighting on a large scale ends All Empires.

The following video explains the cycle of the collapse.

White Racism is the Trojan Horse that is and as it continues will be the downfall of America unless addressed.
